Income Ideas: Turning an artifact into jewelry
In conjunction with the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Stamp Act Riot, the Newport Historical Society created a piece of jewelry out of an image of one of the 1765 stamps. It is offered in their shop and online for $34. A portion of the sale of each bracelet supports the Society’s annual reenactment of the Stamp Act Riot. the 1765 stamps.
